Residential:
Custom Homes- A third of our work over the last eleven years has been custom homes.
We typically work with our clients to design and build the home of their dreams.
Additions- Sometimes a little extra space is just what is needed. We have completed
additions between 64 square feet and 3750 square feet.
Remodel and Repair- Updating kitchens and bathrooms is one of our specialties. Many
of our past clients love their home and its location but grew tired of the outdated
or obsolete amenities. Windows, doors, siding, roofing, carpet, trim,
countertops, fixtures, lighting ... and it looks like a new home.
Vacation Homes:
Mt. Baker Area- We have built 14 vacation homes in the Glacier area. From traditional
ski chalets to contemporary retreats we have designed and built some of the
most popular homes in the area. You can view a sample of these homes which

San Juan Islands- From close in islands like Eliza to the remote island of Stuart, we have
completed several projects in the San Juans. We are set up to coordinate landing crafts,
overnight accomodations for our employees and transportation by air or water.
